i just learnt how to make cider steve, not to sway your decision...but three ltrs of apple juice from super market and yeast, champainge if your can get it (99p) or bread yeast will do and it comes in at 7.5% but add 500g of suger and according to my hydrometer is around 12% ... half a spoon of suger in the botlle and you get fizzey stuff after a week or just drink straight from fermenter for that farmyard scrumpy style stuff. i lost thursday evening to it lol
