Hi, just signed up as I've been reading info on the site most of today (currently working my way through the Raw Feed topic). I spent a lot of time looking at pics of everybody's dogs too, some great photos in there!

My name's Chris, and I'm in the South West (I guess my username gives that away, eh?). I picked up my new boy, Milton, from an animal shelter on Friday and he's settling in very well so far! He's 6 in June, totally toy-mad and I love him to bits Here's a couple of pics

Rocky is also a rescue dog and the best dog I have ever known

Thank you all for the welcomes and the compliments on how good he looks - he was a little bit on the chubby side when he first went into the centre (I volunteer there too), but now he's getting lots of exercise, he's really coming on well.

In all honesty, I wouldn't have thought of owning a Staffy before I met him, but he's so affectionate, clever and funny that I couldn't have let him go anywhere else but my house.

I will, at some point, try to get a pic of him when he's looking at the camera, but he always manages to look away at the last second

Well you lot obviously did a good job at the centre because he is ideal.

Just the way I like to see a Stafford
