the last 3 days i been on i of my long walks Crying or Very sad becasue i haven't done it in a while Crying or Very sad i got one huge blister on my foot Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad it's very painful i need a nurse Big Grin any offers

pop the blister and then leave it to get the air to it and it will get better Smile

If you pop it, make sure you use a sterile needle, or it could get infected. Smile
