What do you think she's crossed with?

What do you think she's crossed with? Not that it matters to us she's lovely the way she is and looks but my step dad keeps saying she's a Irish staffy and I keep on telling him there's no such breed... I personally think she looks a bit like a greyhound or whippet, she's a fast runner and very tall, although she has the staffy ears and the head looks abit like a staffy but thinner but she's only 1 year old, here's a picture of her.

personally i think staffy-X-whippet (maybe greyhound because of her height).. She's really gorgeous.

Whippet or Lurcher. There are a lot of litters advertised over here as bullxwhippetxlurcher. Seems quite common.

She's really lovely though.

Yea she's still very skinny but her ribs are quite high up so I think that means her perfect weight would be rather skinny like a whippet or a greyhound but she still is very skinny and very young but since I seen her for the first time I always thought she looked like a whippet cross a staffy.

I think perhaps she has some greyhound in her

Just looked on google for staffy cross whippet and they look very similar to her some look more like a staffy some look more like a whippet (like her tall and long).

I'll go with what everyone else is saying, nothing else jumps out at me, really. They seem to be pretty common crosses anyway.

I'd say a lurcher or a greyhound, rather than a whippet. She looks quite tall. She's a beauty!

Yes 8 weeks ago and she's sooo young!! The old owners admitted they only wanted her for breeding and now they were giving her away she's so skinny you can feel her ribs and spine she's getting better though she's not as skinny and its only been 3 days since we had her, she's been eating a lot, she's always hungry she most of not been feed right

Well i hope you reported them because a) thats abuse if she is in a bad shape and b) she looks type to me and thats illegal to breed. Were all the pups dumped on someone i assume or did they go into the fighting trade

They sold the puppies and gave the mother (Sasha) away.
My mum didn't report them though, she doesn't want problems and people around here can get quite "aggressive" so my mum got the dog to help her because she felt sorry for Sasha.
She's in a good home now though so she doesn't have to worry about not being fed or what not

Good for you Joe. If she's treated the way Dragon is, I'm sure she'll recover very quickly!

Thats why these scum bags just keep doing this, noone will stand up to them!

Doesn't seem to have the bend of stifle that sight hounds have though in spite of her teats she does have a tuck up. Anyones guess really, I'd take a guess at a Hungarian Vizla X. This breed is becoming two a penny now.
