Hi all,ive got a 7 month old staff called Bella who from a couple of weeks old had what looked like a skin condition on her chest and front arm (?) pits, despite being fed a natural food diet. When i got her we fed her JWB dry food and Wainwrights wet,and treated the condition with powder,Over the weeks the dry, sometimes bleeding rash has gone, but kept her on the same diet. The problem is she rarely eats the Wainwrights any more,i presume she's fed up of the same flavour, she devours the tuna and rice i use when she does'nt eat it,so i dont think its a health problem. But if anyone knows of a wet food i can try instead it would be most helpfull, there's so many on here im lost! And im running out of my own tuna and rice Smile
Cheers Jonny.

Was the skin problem ever diagnosed by a vet? If it was present from 2 weeks old then I would say it wasn't food related. More probably demodex.

To be on foods I use sardines, raw egg as a mix, also a small bit of wet meat mixed in with a good kibble Smile

Thanks for the advice Smile We didn't take her to a vet,the areas where she had it doesn't have much hair growth.I was going to take her if it didn't improve but over 1 week she was almost fully recovered. She's in cracking condition so i think keeping her on this type of diet is worth sticking with, thanks again Smile
