I was always told never to give your dog chicken bones as they splinter and can get stuck in the throat? Hope i'm wrong, I am always happy to be educated.

yes it's an old wives tale.

RAW chicken bones as with all bones are fine to give COOKED bones whether chicken or any other splinter and cause problem and should never been given
