Pet Insurance
Can I please ask, what company are you with and how have you found them. How much do you pay a month?
Thanks
Sarah

Re: Pet Insurance
I'm with Sainsburys. They've been great & have paid out without any problems at all, £5000+ over the last 3 years. However, they're changing their excess policy so from the next renewal I might shop around.
At the moment I'm paying £34pm but that's for an EBT with a fairly high past claim rate so it isn't typical.

Re: Pet Insurance
Rocky is insured with Argos as a Staffy cross, as he is. We pay £19 per month on the lifetime Platinum cover.
We have not had to claim yet but this when an insurance company is properly tested.

Re: Pet Insurance
I have finally insured Stella in January and she has PetPlan Platinum; it is around 35 per month. Their covers and limits are really good and all my friends have their dogs insured with PetPlan as well and they did have some claims and they say it was all smooth. I am hoping it will be a waste of money though

Re: Pet Insurance
Both my staffys are with sainsburys. The older pup is about £17 a month and the younger 1 is £14 monthly as a second policy is slightly cheaper. The excess is £75 on each and as yet haven't had to claim.

Re: Pet Insurance
Solly is with Petplan, costs about £32.00 per month. Last year when Solly hurt his foot they paid within a few days. I think the excess is £75.00.
