Lola has a play date in the morning

My uncle is up visiting (and at a family do) and has brought his dog up, and has pestered me to let Lola meet his dog, a very large German shepherd called Lola. He's happy as anything for te Lola's to meet, and proudly told me that his dog knows other dogs straight away, if they want to play she'll play, if they want space she'll stay away. So it should be good, I'll get some pics IF it all goes well

looking forward to the piccys i love shepherd's i did have one as a guide dog but i'm afraid our partnership didn't work out & she had to be returned to guide dogs i still miss her now

Well, no pictures due to grotty weather, but it went ok. A first encounter skirmish ended when big Lola batted little Lola off, and then walked away, and aside from a couple of very small skirmishes (where little Lola was put in her place) they got along great, had a couple of chases and walked brilliantly together definitely going to meet up again next time my uncles up this way

Glad to hear it went well. Having playmates really makes a difference.

When Logan was first walking at about 12 weeks we regularly met a man with a fantastic female Labrador, she played with Logan and taught him about boundaries haha.

Brilliant , Lola's a good girl anyway
