Paedophiles should be place on the Sex offender list for life the goverment should be making the laws not the Supreme Court or the bloody European Court......

they are messing around with people lifes !!!!

The only sex ofenders who should have the chance to come off the list is the likes of blokes who were 16 years old who had sex with some 15 year old. I don't see them as some sex offender unless it was rape of course.
However blokes etc with children isn't something that you can rehabilitate from. I think if you have that in you you will always have it in you.

As for the voting. Again I do think there should be a system where SOME prisoners have the chance to vote. Why should someone who has been banged up for 1 month for getting in a fight not be allowed to have his/her say when they have to live under that government when they get out for the next 3 years and 11 months of their life?
Again life sentence prisioners and prisoners who won't be out in the next 4 years should be a straight no

A few of us were talking about this on facebook yesterday, its absolutely shocking. At the end of the day, no matter how much time had passed, they are a menace to society and people need to be aware of them. As a mother, I would be absolutely livid if a convicted paedophile or sex offender moved into my street and I couldn't be made aware because they've ' had the right' to have their name taken off the sex offenders register. They didn't care about the rights of their poor victims so why should we give a * about theirs? This sort of crap seriously makes my blood boil!

if a 16 yr old is having sex with a 15 yr old then they are breaking the law , if my daughters when they are 14-15 are found to be having sex with a 16yr old then im afraid he'd get his head stoved in . at 16 you know right from wrong .
i beieve the minute you cross the line regards pedophilia you should automatically lose your rights , just like the victims did , i think they should all be made to live in a custom made pedo village where they cant harm anyone .
they should think themselves lucky they only have to sign a register .
it should be made public knowledge when one gets housed in your area , ( its not in scotland ) i think and i truley believe that the only punishment fitting for pedo's and rapists is the death penalty

The first part I absolutely agree with. The law must draw a line somewhere - all kids know the law, they're told it in school & most parents (?) will also tell them. Sex before 16 is illegal, even if one of them is 16 or over.

As to the death penalty, that's a different kettle of fish. I don't think that taking a life is right under any circumstances. However, if a guy had interfered with or raped my daughter I would personally cut off his balls with a rusty knife & let him bleed to death.

well its one thing among others that people would be very scared to do if i was in charge of the country, they should have a big P tatoo'd on their forehead and all their bits removed in use a bag, but personally i think execution is the only way as they cant be cured and its a waste of money to keep tabs on them/jail them, but as for this human rights carry on, well, you could go on and on at the things these idiots who have no connection with the real world come up with, hence why were a laughing stock and classed as easy to the rest of the world nowadays,

Seriously though its bad my work involves accesing mental health and at what levels. I have loads of them trying to turn it round to there advantage to claim these acts are done due to a mental illness well they have no f****** chance not one has succeeded yet and they never will whilst im in my job as far as im concerned I would happily chemically castrate them and then let society know were they are living

Im not saying they don't know it's wrong when your 16 to have sex with a 15 year old. They maybe should be put on a different list.
The sex offenders list is mainly known for pedophiles and anyone on it is one. I hardly think someone having sex with someone who maybe only a month younger is a pedophile, yet once on that list thats what they will be classed as.
I think pedophiles should have a list purly for them as they should be in their own class. They will never change and should be on that list for life.

I agree with you blue there are different levels of sex offenders and I must say I had sexual experiences before I was 16 with older then me and didnt think there was any harm in it. If the female is consenting it would be hard to gather a case for court its only when they can prove that they arnt concenting.
