Doing good..

I don't know if this is the right thing to post but...
Does anyone here play poker?
I'm on a big tournament at the moment, first place gets $4k second place $3k etc.

Been playing on this tournament for nearly 3 hours now, hopefully, I'll get some good money!!

Not my thing. I can't stand the thought of loosing money to something like that, it's just not entertaining to me. I don't even do the lottery unless its a special occasion.

I don't deposit money either, so really I don't lose, I played tournaments that were free got some money and then payed for this tournament, so really anything that I make is profit.
Hopefully I'll get some good money

Wow, now I'm in the top 100 on chips I was basically about to go now I'm one of the people with the most chips

I'm doing good at the moment, but only like the first 20 people get good good money. there's about 600 people left, but right now they're going quick since we've been playing for nearly 4 hours lol there was 7k people playing when it first started.. god, it would be the first time I've won big playing poker lol.

I play allot of poker mate. Been waiting for my poker partner to join I have won a few tournys but they aren't my thing, one tiny mistake and bye bye. My game is 6max cash games. I'm a winning player at them

Never played ever. Don't really want to as you can lose quite fast

I've never played any card games, I would be useless at them anyway

Never played on that I love tournaments, specially when they're cheap but you win big I started on free rolls which are free of course, got some money and started to go in tournaments that you have to pay with the money I earned on free rolls. But yea 1 tiny mistake and you're out but it's all about patience and waiting for a good hand and doubling your chips or whatever But yesterday when I lost was because I tried to bluff, for some stupid reason I decided to go all in since the blinds were really high and the chip leader called me. It was nearly 3 in the morning though so I was quite tired

I haven't played since i lost to three 2's, i had 2 pair of aces and fives and some mug caught a 2 on the river, he bet all the way through on a pair of two's, but that's the gamble i suppose

Sick when that happens, but do that everyday and you will end up a winning player

maybe that's where i go wrong, i don't want to lose my boxer shorts on the chance a 2 could tur.... oops not mean to say that lol

Currently playing on a very cheap tournament, came in quite late but already one of the stack leaders It was only a $1.10 buy-in but first place is $550 or something like that at the moment, so paying $1.10 to hopefully win $550 is not to bad, if I do win, I'll cash out some and probably play on the Sunday million!! If I had the luck to win Sunday Million omg but that's me being day dreaming lol but who knows I'm not a bad player just get carried away when I have to many chips trying to take out the low stacks need to control that habit.
If you ever play on pokerstars let me know, maybe we could do heads-up for a few $

Still on that tournament, on 78th place in chips at the moment, only 418 players left... God I most be getting better I always get in an ok place now hoping to go to the final table and win some good money.

Free money is always good since I don't put money there it's always good to get something plus abit of fun and if I end up coming first I get quite a lot

Yea started on free rolls got some money for free obviously and then with that money moved on to tables where you have to pay.
Came in 212 place on this tournament just lost, not to bad though hardly any money though because it was a very cheap tournament, but I'm collecting the money to move on to bigger tournaments where you win quite a lot, Sunday million you win millions if you come first, you have to pay $215 to get in though, but if you come in a good place it's worth it

I payed the $215 for sunday millions once and my aces got racd by KJo he never had the odds to call but thats life. Be lucky to win that the level of players on that tounry will take your money day in day out, but we can all dream.

Erm I play on my step dad's account since I'm only 17 but I'm rather good and yea maybe he called either because his stack was low and he wanted to make some chips to try stay in the tournament or because he was a big stack and didn't mind losing some chips? I do that quite a lot, but normally when I'm low stack I go all in either with a pair or AK or whatever.
