18 weeks is nothing, but at least they have acknowledged it. And 15 years banned from pets is a good move. Although it should be lifetime for anyone convicted of animal cruelty.

this is the bitter sweet news, this should never have happened and he deserves everything he gets and as a high profiler i hope this dents his career but at least this one dog was saved in the nick of time. Lets hope the poor dog makes a good and quick recovery and finds a forvever home!!!
