Bought a chocolate cake to comfort myself and just ate too much of it

Do you have anything with ginger, peppermint of chamomile? Ginger or peppermint tea can be particularly useful for stopping nausea. Chamomile helps to sooth your stomach.

I don't normally!! I don't like chocolate so need eat it. Out of sorts this week. Back to normal tomorrow though, promise.

or a few days in maybe. Its freezing here and the prospect of pruning trees all week is not thrilling me, especially when i feel terrible. The old story no work no cash

Anything with ginger in is excellent for sickness. We always have some ginger chews in the cupboard for just such an occasion.

The only ginger I know of is Ron Weasley. I don't feel sick anymore but I have a slice of cake to eat yet cause can't waste it and I'm fully focused on my diet as of tomorrow.
