I've made wine, beer, lager, Barley Wine & Liqueurs in the past. The highest percentage I've made was 40% for Cherry & Apricot Brandy. That's about as strong as I'd like to make! Big Grin

I think these are called DemiJohns if I remember correctly, my Dad and me used to make wine and lager when I was a kid. Elderberry wine was very good.

The way this country is going and the price rises in pubs and cans I think a lot more will be turning to home brewing. It's just the social side of things that you miss
