Private messaging hasn't been allowed mainly because it can get out of hand - people talk behind others' backs & bad feelings run riot. It can be the end of a forum! Big Grin

Anything we have to say is said on the open forum & if it gets a little out of hand at least we can stop it.

For a support members role just keep on doing what you are doing now , be regular on the forum , polite , helpful and friendly. We don't do the private messages , if you need to contact one of the staff then use the contact us form on the forum and Steve will deal
