Bump appearing on muzzle (with pics) ...

There seems to be a bump appearing on Hugos muzzle, it's solid and doesn't seem to bother him, will try and book him in the vets on the weekend.

Anyone got any ideas ?

Not a clue.. Has he bashed it on something ?

Possibly, he is very wild and forever crashing into things.

I'm hoping it's a bump from hitting his head.

Looks like he might have hit his head. Hope it's not anything more than that and please let us know what the vet says.

It does appear to be quite pronounced, was he stung or bitten by an insect perhaps ??

Keep an eye on it but lexi has one of these and has had from she was a nipper so you may have it for life.

If it's suddenly appeared I'd say it's possibly a cyst. If it is, it could have formed from a bang, a bite or a sting.

Best let the vet have a quick look.

Well I was planning on booking him into the vets tomorrow, but the lump have seemed to disappeared, I think I'll keep a close eye on it over the next few days.

Looks like it was a reaction to something. Hopefully that's an end to it!

maybe did bang his nose our dog bangs her head on tables fireplaces and all sorts when excited
