Grrr. It had gotten okay but its * again. I'm bandaged up and had an anti-inflammatory so will go for a walk to try and free it up a little. I think i twisted it horse riding again, i'm not very good! lol

What if my knee dies and i have to get a bionic knee?

I'll never get through the airport without getting frisked.

I twisted mine a few months ago (bad manual handling lol) and its been sore ever since. Resting it makes it worse, but walking really hurts Sad

My hubby is about to get a partial knee replacement, thankfully this is being in Oxford and not our local hospital, he would probably come out needing further surgery if he went there.

Can you have any physio on it Hayley, this may help a lot, I think you may be able to refer yourself to the physio provider now, we can with our doctor.

I hate to see people in pain, please try to get something done for it. >Big Grin< >Big Grin<

I think we should all just get our bodies replaced with metal and be done with it. Hope your knee feels better soon though Smile

But women do the frisk!

I just need to move it more been lazy the last few days. It's a sprain from ages ago so the best way to heal it is to use it the dr said! It's a pity cause I wanted to rest and have sympathy. No such luck!
