Hello from Floyd!

Hi,

We rescued Floyd 4 weeks ago from Netherlands Dog rescue nr Rotherham.

He's about 1 year old and has one heck of a personality (as do all staffies!). A love of shoes and presenting my underwear to house-guests, then showing them how well he can kill my bra! Agile enough to jump on the kitchen counters, he scoffed a whole malt-loaf today and our nasal passages are paying the price for that, leaving him un-supervised while I was at work and the boyfriend slept-in was not advisable!

We don't know anything about his background but he's super friendly! A bit wary of strangers, not at all aggressive but we're working on his greeting. He has a habit of haring up to strange dogs head-on so we're working on his manners too as he plays a bit rough!

Anyway, we're in love! He's a beaut and we're so happy to have him in our lives!

I've got to say, I haven't seen the lightning-flash style markings on a staff before and his has a pink patch above his nose, hence the name! That said, every staff is gorgeous in my eyes and pretty much every dog!

We're hoping to start him in flyball training in the New Year, use up that excess energy and promote the breed!

Oooh great , maybe you can do something for us and keep us updated on the flyball , I know 1 or 2 members have tried it but not kept up with it so would be good for advice for the boards
