Some advice please , we have all been ill with a flu/tummy bug the past week and now little Louie our 5month old pup has been sick 3 times this morning and is shaking and pacing around, do you think he could of caught the bug? He is teething at the moment as well. What do you think I should give him to eat ? All advice welcome as this is our first dog, thanks Sad

If he's tummy is upset, try giving him small amounts of boiled chicken and rice (just bland). This usually binds their tummies.

Just watch him though, pups can dehydrate very quickly, so just make sure he drinks enough water.

As he's only a pup if you're worried a quick trip to the vet might be in order to settle your mind Smile

I think I'd watch him and make sure he's drinking and peeing enough. If peeing less than usual definitely bring him to the vet, or if he has a fever (At least this is what I've been told).

Hi janey , he has stopped shaking now , but is asleep . I took him for a walk earlier ,wasn't pulling like freight train today so i know hes not well. hes been drinking but not interested in food ,he hasn't been sick since this am, but he is not his usual bouncy ,bonkers self Sad He is teething at the mo , do think that could be anything to do with it ? I think I'll take him to the vets in the morning.xx
