Today is a really odd one

First the thankfully friendly accidental playdate, then the same friend of mine gets home and finds a dog legging it up and down his street looking in quite bad shape. He whistled the dog who came straight to him, very underfed looks to be about a year old, possible mastiff sharpei x (what a mix) very friendly but very frightened too poor lamb. He has a chap who works part time for a rescue coming round now to pick him up and get him to the vets and take it from there. Hopefully be a happy ending for the lil chap.

I am hoping he's chipped and has been missing a while hence so thin, my friend did say he was very affectionate and ate happily when given some food, and was neutered. Fingers crossed for him.

Not yet, my friend working today but is under instruction to text me with news soon as he finishes

Bit of info, the dog wasn't chipped unfortunately and noone in the area is asking about or seems to know where the dog was from. He is staying with the same chap who picked him up but spent last night at the vets as he was still quite dehydrated and seemed to weaken as the eve went on. Today apparently he is a bit brighter, thankfully he is in safe hands.
