Hello from Cornwall UK

I wanted to say hello to the forum and take the time to register here in the hope to get some advice regarding my 2 staffies. I have had my male (Odin) since he was 8 weeks old and he shall be 6 years old December 1st 2012.
I also have a puppy staffy who is now 12 weeks old (Jung) and while my older dog seems to have taken to the puppy very well I am also having a few issues including my oldest dog trying to mate with the puppy.

Both dogs are male and I have been told that neutering the eldest boy may well stop this. My older dog also has an issue with his leather harness. When I take him to walk he is fine putting the harness on but when we return home as soon as I try to take the harness off him he tries to mate the harness. I thought it was a leather fetish Big Grin

but it would seem that he is frustrated and I hope to get some advice on this.

Id like to close this introduction by tipping my hat to those who took the time to open this forum, I have been gathering some good advice here and intend to stick around and learn a few things that can be used to make life a little easier in our house because at this moment its like there isn't a minute in our house that we are not having to deal with the dogs in some way.
