Changing pup food Empty Changing pup food

Just finding out as soon as possible before I get her, picking new pup up on the 3rd of November and assuming she will be kibble fed. As I've changed Bailey and Meg onto raw I'd like new pup on raw aswell, should I get a small bag of her kibble and wait till she settles in or change onto raw straight away?

I'd let her settle for a week & then introduce 2 raw meals & 2 kibble - then gradually swap over completely.

Some pups can do the swap straight away with no stomach problems, but some will get bum gravy with a straight swap! sick

I was kinda thinking about doing 1 meal raw 3 kibble, then 2 raw 2 kibble, then when she's down to 3 meals it would be 2 raw 1 kibble bla bla bla...

But then thought maybe better a straight swap! But I think I'll stick with the safe route thanks haha Big Grin Laughing

I did a straight swap to raw as most people do and never added in any kibble meals as if you are going to feed raw fully they don't need te kibble

I want her on raw ASAP, just don't want her to get an upset tummy lol! I'll find out what kibble she's on and if its an ok brand then ill do it gradual, if its a rubbish one I may do a straight swap.
