Redness around front right pad

On Sunday evening I noticed Molly licking her front right paw so I had a look. In between her pads was slightly red and looked inflammed. I took her to the vets Monday morning and he gave her an injection to reduce the itching and a course of anti-biotics to clear up any infection. It seems a good bit better today!! He said cut out exercise and keep her feet dry!! Easier said than done.
Anyone else experienced anything like this?

Quite often, unfortunately. We think with Dempsey it's grass sap. Every time they cut the grass over the park he gets it. I have to bathe his feet in salt water when we come back off walks, dry them well & rub some sudocrem in between the toes.

I think a few have, I hope its a one off and settles down ok

Yep Cairo gets it sometimes.I wash her feet with diluted hibiscrub when she gets it.Works a treat every time
