Hello to all of our members, old and new.

Well August is upon us, this year is certainly flying by!

As you are all probably well aware, the Olympics are being held in London right now, so if you have any pictures of your dogs looking particularly patriotic, or looking like they're competing (flyball, agility etc), we'd love to see them, so please post them in our picture gallery: https://staffy-bull-terrier.niceboard.com/f8-staffordshire-bull-terrier-galleries. Of course, we also love pictures of your dogs playing, sleeping, eating, sulking, dressed up - we just love staffy pictures!

The weather seems to be a particularly mixed bag at the moment. Some of us are experiencing blazing hot sunshine one moment, and torrential downpours the next! Whatever the weather, please be aware of your staff's needs and comfort. A continual supply of fresh, tepid water is needed while it's hot, as well as walks either in the morning or afternoon/evening to avoid the harsh midday sun. We all know what our dogs want in the colder weather, they love nothing more than to be snuggled up under a ton of blankets or a duvet, with coats on to protect them outside if the weather is really cold - they really are like babies sometimes!!
