Nearly died lastnight

Well. I could potentially have.


I woke up coughing and gasping and have really hurt my throat. I must have forgot to breathe or something. Now i can't take in a good lungfull of air or my throat hurts

I wonder what caused that?

Have you tried gargling with hot salty water?

Could you possibly have sleep apneia (sp)?

Nah, i just ate too much before bed (had dinner late) and was probably indigestion lol

I can't stand salt, so that won't work

Nah, don't have that. I do none of that, apart from this once and like i said i think it was indigestion lol

Needed a glass of milk! Some rennies would have went down a treat. I need to learn not to eat korma before bed! I just hate eating too early, means i snack more before bed so i eat late and i don't snack!

Maybe a reflux?? I get this if I eat late at night, its scary and a bit worrying when my wife wont slap me on the back!! She knows im worth more to her dead rather than alive!
