More beach shots!

The OH and I took Ralph to the beach today. It was the first time he'd seen the sea and we were wondering if he'd like it or not, seeing as he didn't even want to get in the bath!

He was a very well behaved boy! Only causing a bit of a scene when a 'Yorkshire Terrorist' came and stole his tennis ball!!!

I am loving all these beach photos, and getting a bit jealous of them too 
Would love to take Rocky to the beach but it is so far away from us, at least a two hour drive to get to our nearest beach. He would probably eat it all anyway, he has a thing about eating sand so probably not such a good idea.

It takes us just over an hour to the beach. Ralph is really good in the car - he just goes to sleep in his crate. Good as gold.
I was a bit worried that he'd eat sand and drink sea water - which he did - but only the once. He took one mouthful of the sea and pulled this face that I've never seen a dog pull in my life! I guess it didn't taste very nice then!
Other than trying to crunch the odd shell or two - he was fine!
