My white staffie seems to turn pink around his head when its bed time, seems crazy i know. Does anyone elses dog do this?

Mine doesn't and does sound odd!! Maybe because of the pigment in his skin!!

Yea white staffies have that dendeny i think. Make sure ur ultra careful in the summer and put lots of suncream on and try and keep him in the shade as much as poss x

Bandit was so dark that you'd never have noticed if he had!

But Dempsey's nose goes a bright pink when he's either tired, hot or cold!

I had a white staffy a couple of years back and his head used to go pink I thought it was just my eyes but now I know it wasnt lol.

dont know about pink but memphis goes more blue underneath and behind his ears when he gets tired

Its a white dogs pigmentation and very normal yes dont forget the suncream

lelo,s paws go pink when they are wet...but think it just her skin and cos it white you notice it....

cant say iv noticed it round her neck wet or dry....

Diesel's bib and white paws went a pink colour at times, in the summer he was always being cooled down with a cool cloth and sun creamed! because he used to love sunning it up and no matter how many times we took him out the sun he'd be back in it within minutes lol, .. which we will be doing again for vinnie! as he has white bib to.
