i'm been stuck in bed all day my chest is getting more worse, been drinkiong honey and lemon all day i'm glad i gave bloody last week

Steve, stay off the alcohol. If you need help sleeping take one of the night time preparations. Alcohol inhibits your body's ability to fight infections!

i better not have swine flu (because it come on pretty quick) :O my dad mate wife had it wich lead to preumonia and mild heart attack

There's an awful lot of ordinary flu around at the moment. Bad enough.

Swine flu isn't as bad as people are making out unless you have heart/lung problems or a weak immune system. If you're generally pretty fit, then it's just like ordinary flu. Still makes you feel bad, but.............
