Hello fellow staffy-lovers!

Although you wouldn't believe it, here in the UK at the moment it is technically summer time and we should hopefully all be enjoying some beautiful sunny weather soon. With this in mind, please remember to keep your dogs provided with fresh cold water at all times and try to avoid the sun at its hottest, between 11am and 3pm. To our friends abroad, we hope you have been enjoying warmer weather than us. It would be great if you could upload some photos/videos of your dogs enjoying the sun - just to remind us Brits what a beautiful summer day looks like!!

As you are all aware, there is a lot of media hype at the moment surrounding a spate of recent dog attacks. Please make sure your dogs are well cared for and under control at all times, so that they never find themselves in a situation that could get them into trouble. We are in no way trying to imply that any of our members are irresponsible owners, but with all the legislation and new rules being brought in constantly, it doesn't hurt to remind ourselves of the do's and don’ts of dog ownership.
