Just a few more pics ive found so with your help i might be able to judge his age and if he is a terrier type breed or not thanks.

I dont know now due to his greying under his chin Im saying he is older about 4/5 years did wherever you got him from not tell you how old they thought he was

no is defantly not that old he is still a pup i would say ive seen relly young dogs with a tiny bit of grey under chins b4 id still say he is around 14 16 months

As I say its hard to say going off photos I no with my 2 they were both about 5/6 before any grey my bitch still looks like a puppy and shes 12 she is more terrier type like your boy

but i no he is young is teeth are sparkly white and he just about starting to build muscle now i think ive about identifying a dogs a age and you look at there teeth and if there young there teeth look like the spike on the top of a metal fence and OZZys do look like that because there not worn down

yer probly but im not sure anymoreif it grey just looks it from front but if i look underneath its a differnt coulor

He looks a simular shape to Blue and I would say a similar age. Blue is nearly 16 months old.
He has grey already too on the chin

I was devastated when duke got grey hairs on his chin and he was 5/6 and cause he is black its prominant to see so i dont feel so bad now xxxx

so you think blue is lijke ozzy then in isage and looks coz every1 things ozzys is around 16 months

yeah I think he is about 16months old

Buster had a bit of what I thought was grey on his chin when I got him at age 9 months. In retrospect of course they were white hairs. One thing that did happen to Buster was that at around 1-1 and a half years he started to develop black pigment spots on his belly. Over the years these have got more numerous and have started to merge into each other. They look quite sweet even though they make him look like a pig.

haha yer thats what i fort they are white hairs arnt they on the chin ive heard lots of ppl now say he is around 16 months so il settle for tht age i think

Bandit had a grey muzzle by the time he was about 18 months old! So did his father. It isn't an indication of age, really.

I do think he looks around 12 - 18 months old, although from pics it's hard to tell for sure.

yes well ive had a look at is teeth and there in relly good condition and pure white i found a way on the web how to determin your dogs age by it teeth

So what age does it estimate by using the teeth?

I'm really not sure you can go by teeth. A lot depends on the diet & whether the teeth have ever been cleaned.

A dog fed, for example, on tinned food will get yellow teeth very quicly unless cleaned every day. A dog fed raw, with meaty bones, will keep sparkling teeth with very little care needed. A dog fed dry food will have better teeth than a tin-fed dog, but not as good as raw fed.

All of them can have good teeth if they are cleaned regularly though.

He looks definately looks under 3 you can see it in his face, can i ask though does he have a an allergy as i notice he doesnt have much hair between his legs and belly? Hes absolutely gorgeous looking, looks so soft and lovely!! When i rescued Ruby she had full hair underneath but now barely anything - im htinking thats its not uncommon for a staff to be thin on hair underneath (she has allergy's confrimed)?? Wish the hair had of grown back though for extra warmth!!

Most staffs have very short hair - the belly & inside the legs tends to be very short indeed, sometimes almost bare!

id say 18 months just by the pics....

and did notie that looks like got very near no hair on the under belly....

anyway id go with wot peeps are saying about age.....
otheir wise you could be told any age just upto you wot age you like......lol

My Ty is 12 months and has a few grey hairs and because he is black they stand out more so grey hair can appear anytime. I agree with the others on the age between 12 & 18 months.

Oooh I love your big white bunny, my girls would never let him share their bone!!! Hes lovely, he is like my Tali she has very very short hair which doesn't do much for keeping her warm!
