how will he look when he is older?

hi there i have got a lil puppy blue staffy i have had him for a few weeks now and lots of people have told me lots of things as how he will look when he grows up e.g he will be big and strong because he has big paws or that he will be tall and slim because he has long legs. what i want to no is is there anything that i can look for to no what sort of adult dog he will be? eg big / small / slim / fat extra any input would be grate thanks for your time

The best thing is always to have a look at the parents , how old is he now ?? They don't really seem to take their adult shape until 9-12months and then they have loads of changing and filling out to do

Did you get to see the mum as that would be a good way to tell

the mum was not massive but not small and he is 11 weeks on this wen thanks for input

as he got real papers?

As mentioned the best thing is to see by the parents but even then who knows, they go through so many changes as a pup, all legs, all paws, all ears.................................

That's a different pup wearing Harvey's skin He's a lovely looker Ella but if he didn't have such distinguished markings I wouldn't think they were the same dog

There isn't really any way to tell, you can look at mum and dad and other pups from previous litters...

It's part of the fun though watching them grow!!

I wouldn't listen to lots of people. My mum said lots of people said I would grow into my ears but they're still massive compared to the size of my head

They all grow at different rates

As for the dog, it will grow up to be whatever it will grow up to be. Just enjoy it

Yeah part of the fun as he grows up we will have to wate and see

Isn't that all part of the fun of watching them grow up not knowing exactly what they will look like in a few years time, take lots of photos if you can then you will be able to compare them when he is older. Enjoy the puppy years they are over all too soon
