Snuggly coats Empty Snuggly coats

Post by Guest Mon May 28 2012, 15:34

Trying to find a sleeping coat for Kita and I came across this site.
http://www.poochesinpyjamas.com.au/

My question is which type of material is best for them to sleep in without irritation?
Polar fleece or a knitted one?
The knitted ones worry me due to the seam that runs down the chest and abdo area.
Thanks for advice as I've never used coats before but I think my old darling could do with some extra warmth. Love Struck

I would go for the one made from a natural material which can breathe, so probably choose the knitted one so long at it dosnt get too warm.

I picked up a couple of knitted ones today as they were on sale and I can return them if need be. I think these may be too fitted around the chest for here and she may be better off with one with velcro straps across the chest and tummy.

They look gorgeous and really snuggly, but I dread to think how long it would take me to get Polly into one of those. She would hide from me for months if I managed it rolling on the floor
