any website designer on here?

i'm stuck and i need help!!!!!

someone who knows php or javascript will help me alot!!

i need to find out how to use my layout as template so i dont need to change the layout on the other 70 odd pages. someone show me before but i have forgotten it i think you use javascript to point your php file to your template.


what a nightmare i've been messing around with it all bloody day it's drivinge me nuts

Apparentley you can use css which is a cascading style sheet which you point every page to. you can then set all information on one page and relate all pages to the one. If you google CSS there are millions of pages re instructions for this. If you are struggling let me know and he will type it out.

i know css i wanted some code to point my text information to the layout without adding all the css codes to each page.

Well, that was all a foreign language to me!

Not sure Steve sorry. When I learn't about computers years ago, internet was hardly used by the public. Oh if I could go back and learn I could be a millionaire now. But instead I can recover windows 3.1 blind folded from any problem.
I used coffeecup to design my website. I made the page and saved it as Main. Then every time I wanted a new page I opened Main and then re saved it as the new page I was doing. That way all the basics were the same. No idea when it comes to forums though sorry mate
