frozen minced beef or frozen minced chicken??

Which is healthier or best?? Raw minced chicken or raw minced beef??

I don't use mince at all! I prefer chunks, whole pieces or meaty bones!

Neither is better than the other - you should try to feed a mix of meat sources. Chicken has less fat, but in a raw diet fat is useful.

I wouldn't feed too much mince to be honest it's very fatty. Is this mince from the supermarket or something the butchers made up for you or something you've made? I think chopped meat is best-it gives the jaw more of a work out-and meaty bones are even better!
If you're after some cheap raw food to feed Conan raw chicken wings are great or possibly some pork belly slices, they have a bit of fat on.

Im not into the full raw diet yet and dont wana feed bones etc. I found it at the pet shop in the freezer and its cheap. I feed him that in the morns and dry in the afternoon.

Is it prize choice you feed him ?

We use that for ours but we cook theirs they love it stan has the fish blocks, and tara and hooch have either the tripe or chicken mince.

Yes its prize choice. I only feed him it in the mornings. The say its best raw so i feed it raw. He loves it like.

we use too feed it raw but because it goes with thier biscuits it aint good so we cook it now.

I mite start cooking it and feeding it with his nuts. Cuz he aint a big fan of nuts and if i mix the two he wont refuse lol

Personally if he doesn't have an intolerance for beef i would go with that, as red meat is an awful lot better nutrition wise, especially if you are going to just feed mince, which i personally wouldn't

we get ours from the animal feed near us they sell tripe and chicken mince frozen at roughly 35p for a lb. we boil ours and give it them along with either veg or biscuits

Ive started boiling it and giving him it with his nuts and he likes it.

It's not really meant to be cooked/boiled etc it is meant to be fed raw to get the most of the nutrients out of it

anywhere in the north as i will be buying in bulk but newry or near newry would be best 4 me but anywhere as i cant get it in the south

Most pet supplies in north has it and its kept in the freezer. Roufly 5 pound for 2kg. I get mine in lurgan. Thats the closest to me.
