as janey said have a beer till it go's it is saturday after all so will be having a few my self tonight only had one last night as wasnt in the mood

Take some panadol and brufen and drink lots (unfortunately water that is).

I hate headaches! I have to take something as soon as I feel it coming on or I get sick.

i know only joking try and have a nap in the dark if my heads really bad it work's the only thing that do's for me

Feel for you Steve ! Get hem all the time, woke up with one his morning, but hen I didn't get up until 12, and that's probably why, bu now that's gone, I'm now riddled with hip joint pain

Have a cuppa, a pill and a lie down. Not to make light of it, I know what devasting headaches are like. Hope yours eezes soon.

Steve, you need to find someone to rub your shoulders, my hubby does mine and it works wonders for a bad head.
