Ali's 1st time peeing on floor

Was delighted when Finally I found something to go in Ali's kong that he can't remove in less than 5 mins. He doesn't like peanut butter frozen or otherwise so it's been a challenge. Well a small rawhide bone fits right in and kept him occupied and challenged for a good 20mins. Next I hear the unmistakeable sound of a hearty wee hitting my wooden floors ! I have him a month and from day one he went to the door on wanting the toilet. Do u think he did it from kong frustration??? he is used to retrieving its contents in no time at all?

It could be frustration but if it a one time thing I wouldn't worry to much
