so so so so sorry

hi all sorry for my absence over the past few months

unfortunately its a sad event that has made me make the time - its not woody dont worry - my sister had to say goodbye to her staff this morning and i just thought of you guys. RIP Toyah....16 years well lived/well loved.

other bad news is a dog fighting ring appears to have started in this area-a staff found dumped in a lake having been used as bait in a dog fight, a well loved family member stolen from a back garden. dont leave your babies unattended in the fylde/blackpool area particularly at moment-woody is not left in the garden even if im simply nipping to the shop 5 minutes away.

onto better news - woody was 2 years old last week and appears to be settling down, with the odd woodyism still on show, i wouldnt have it any other way. he makes me laugh/smile every day still - be it the adept thief he has become if people leave exciting things lying around or his toddler tantrums if he doesnt get his own way (picture a staff throwing themselves on the floor human toddler style in the supermarket). he still sees his girlfriend izzy the German Shepherd every Sunday and whines until we leave the house-hence walks have started at 8.30am now!!!

i promise to try and make more time in future to come on the forum and hope i am forgiven - please let me know any important news i may have missed xx

Still doing Flyball??

its not been on much over the winter due to state of field and now he has a standing doggie date on a sunday morning i think we will leave it until they go back to tuesday nights when it is lighter - if he didnt see Izzy he would be gutted!!! he is enjoying teaching her his naughtiness!!!

i now have sundays free so once he is shattered and sleeping i promise i will log on and give a weekly update

caryll i think i would be forever trying to catch up. yes she had a great life and we have wept many tears today and Woody had no respect for Toyah's toys she brought round for him-destroyed already, but he made us all smile!!!

i'll take the camera out at weekend although he has become a little camera savyy and whenever they are doing anything worthy and the phone comes out they turn their backs or stop! grr!

RIP Toyah. 16 is a great age and I hope mine go that long and perhaps beyond. It will be fun to hear of Woody's adventures!

I know one thing you have missed.. about a thousand photos of my 2 !! ... maybe that is a GOOD thing!!

hi vanessa i missed seeing your 2 - avatar pic looks great! yes sis is gutted, only time i see her cry is when something happened to one of her dogs. Oh woody is still a little imp and i will certainly share some new pics/stories with you shortly.
