Dora the destroyer Empty Dora the destroyer

Post by alexiastra Thu Feb 23 2012, 18:32

Came downstairs at lunch time to find this...

Dora the destroyer Destruction

I had to laugh though I wanted to cry Sad Look at her little guilty face Love Struck

She hasn't done this before. Do you think I should buy another mattress? I'm thinking she is likely to destroy it again...
I'm a little disappointed cos she is normally very good in her crate. She wasn't even in there as long as normal. We were both upstairs and didn't hear a thing.

oops shame on you . marley destroyed his cushion aswell, so for now he has to make do with some old bedding that he can rip up til his hearts content, although this is actively discouraged

Aww her little face!! Duvets work well as beds, Mia has a double folded over 4 times in the bottom of her crate, it's nice and cushioned, warm during the night and much cheaper than an actual dog bed!!

It's exactly what Vlad does! My advice after spending a fortune, don't buy any more. People on here have advised me to use op shop stuff... it's what we do now!

I love that look. We also don't do beds as they get shredded. We let them on one couch and our bed. They don't tear up our furniture but beds for some reason attract their destructive side. Smile

Very cute face. You could just use old blankets or sheets. Suki used to destroy her bed all the time but grew out of the phase

Tyson has gone through so many cushion type beds its no longer funny. Use blankets now but enven those have a few holes. Its part of the charm

Thanks for the replies. Don't think I will waste my money getting another cushion, she is bound to destroy cushion number two. She had to sleep on a few fleece blankets last night. Not as cumfy but that's her own fault imo Tongues

I have some old duvets actually, might try her with one. Don't care if she ruins them.

I am sure an imposter broke into her crate and did that.. Dora couldn't possibly have done that..could she?? Laughing

I go to op shops and buy bunny rugs and baby blankets etc ..it doesn't matter so much if they shred them as they are so cheap.....
