How many people do you know on your street when you was young now when you are older?

well this is for the people who as live in the house all of their life when i was an young pup i knew everyone on our street now we only know the aound about 7/8 families

Only lived here 3 years, but my mum is still friends with all the people where I grew up still, and they don't live there either Xx

Only a few been here for over 13 years and don't know man people, love it as no one knows what I ge up to but also hate it cause it feels a bit isolated

They demolished the housing scheme i grew up in it was only up about 25years!! now i live in a square of 13 houses with no parking, you park and walk down a path into the square and all the garden gates go off it, best place i've lived .

Been awhile since I was back home but alot of the neighbors I grew up with are still there

iv lived on my street for 16 years and i can honestly say i dont know anybody as every one has moved


hope its not me

but when i go to my mums a know everyone as i think on avrage the familys have been there for about 50 years

The road I grew up in, we knew every family at least by sight & most by name. Where I live now, I know 2 families - and it's a really long road!

The road where I grew up for the first 5 years of my life - I still know our next door neighbours from there but not very well, then for the next 10 years in another house - I don't know anyone, they were mostly old people in that street and I only got to know my next door neighbour but he was about 92 and died a few years ago.

then we moved to where my parents are now out in the bush and we know every one around there - I love hearing the gossip of Mandurang (the suburb) we even know most of the families on other roads and parts of Mandurang because my cousins also live there.

in the house I am in now, we are friendly with our neighbours on either side and across the road - but I wouldn't say friends, just happy to feed their dogs if they go away etc.

the street i grew up in, we knew almost everyone, now we chat to a couple of neighbours but keep our selves to our selves
