This behaviour is part of the ritual. They need to meditate on receiving the manual for whatever it is they are doing by devine intervention. Dont ask me what for since they never read it anyway Big Grin

Nah.....it's just that mens' brains tend to work more slowly. They don't multi-task like women do, so their brains aren't as sharp!

Measure twice and cut once. It takes a bit of time to do things right. If you mess up you have to start over.

See, us guys finally get to the job we have been told about, reminded about, ran out of valid excuses not to complete said job, and now when faced with the actual feat of completing said task, have to collect our thoughts, focus and visualize our happy OH (and perhaps rehearse our excuses if we don't do it to the liking of our lady counterpart). There is way more involved than just the task see. It requires full visualization of many things and not just the task. Sometimes... I take 13 minutes not just 10. I dont want to s

My husband said for WEEKS "Lets's get a skip in so we can clear out the garage"... Nothing ever happened. Until I ordered it... then he's all gung-ho "Let's get into the garage!" The I had to order the next one when it was full! (no we don't have that much junk, but we got a really small skip that we thought was going to be bigger... silly us!)
