Vanessa, you are right, Kadina/Moonta/Wallaroo is the place to be. You would not know the area now, new houses everywhere.

Hi..yeah I bet I wouldn't recognize the place now..I couldn't believe all the high rise buildings out to sea at Glenelg either .... used to live there in a basement flat with my pal ( like Laverne and Shirley! ).. it all looks so different now ( Horrible! )

My daughter was living opposite Colley Reserve in one of the old apartments with her girlfriend. She was at uni then.

We have fields of grain growing out the back, Angus was out there for a run wearing his harness. I won't let him out there now it's very hot, too many brown snakes.

Hey the flat we rented ( but it was back in the 70's and isn't there now ) was opposite Colley Reserve! Snap!

The one Karen (daughter) lived in and I paid for is also gone, all high rise now. She lived there in about 1987.

I can't help myself, I just took a few snaps of Angus.

Angus is adorable, and I love his house.......... although If I were to buy something like that, my RoX would eat it.

He did start to eat it, however, he then found that his pet mattress/cushion was better.

Angus has eaten/destroyed about six pet mattresses/cushions.

The last one I ditched was yesterday and that was made of shadecloth.

He tried to destroy his new non rip material one last night, I heard him having a go at it about 4.30AM, I got up and shined my torch on him and he stopped (until tonight).

I have trained him to come, sit and leave it, we are now working on him dropping on command, he is getting there in a stubborn way.

Oh what a cutie pie.

Our wooden kennel bears the scars where Izzy thought it needed a trim. As for bedding, my poor old girl ends up on the bare kennel floor if I don't keep a close eye on them as Izzy shreds every mattress I've put in there. >

I had a laugh reading through your posts as I also come from SA and my friends moved back to Wallaroo 7 years ago (her parents have lived there for years). We spent many summers on North Beach in our early 20's.

It's 24 degrees inside and Angus is fast asleep in my office.

He had a shot destroying his mattress thingo last night, however, he failed in all respects. It's a BonoFido http://www.bonofido.com/s.nl/it.A/id.173/.f

43 degrees Centigrade/109.4 Fahrenheit outside right now, Angus is doing it tough inside
