Well tomorrow both the boys are off to the vets...Jethro is having a local anaesthetic and having the bleeding wart cut out ( the vet didn't want him to have to have a general anaesthetic as he has had 3 in the last 18 months..) and Winston is getting desexed and microchipped.... looks like it is baked beans for the next week for us again!! Laughing

Quiet cuddle with daddy again....

we just dropped them off at the vets and are going to the pub for lunch..we miss them already!!

Winston ran off with the vet nurse through the back..bet he wouldn't have been so keen if he knew what is going to happen to him !! Laughing

The boys are safe and sound back home..Richard our vet said Jethro was very vocal singing his little heart out. Winston looked like a space cadet on the way home.. he was so sleepy but now he is remarkably wide awake. We have a collar to put on him, if needed, so far he isn't too bothered about the stitches..Glad it is over with anyway... all we thought about today was " Wonder how the boys are going.."

Bought a heap of raw hide bones thought they would keep Winston quiet ..he can just lie around chewing them..but he keeps burying them all!!
The flies are terrible here where I live at the moment so he has been inside alot as they keep congregating on his stitches and driving him crazy. We put a cone on him and he just went berserk shaking his head so violently he whacked his head on the side of the shed and just about knocked himself out! so we said bugger that, we took it off him and he can just stay inside away from the flies..

billy was like that with his cone he hated it, he just sat there shaking and didnt move, hope he is not too frustrated
