Found this on my local paper, very sad.

Post by Guest on Sun Nov 07, 2010 12:43 pm

I don't get some owners. If you get a dog you should look after them, not just dump them. It's great to see a paper saying how great our staffys are. Not bad dogs. I also would love to have one of her pups to, but I no my OH would say no.

What a heart warming story and yes its great that Staffies sometimes get a good name!!

“She is a wonderful example not only of a brilliant mother, but also of her breed which, because of irresponsible pet ownership and irresponsible breeders, have been unfairly given a bad name.”

Please people take note lol!!

“We hope that Annabelle’s story will help educate people that Staffordshire terriers are highly sociable, intelligent and loving breeds with so much to give.”

Its always the uneducated that give them a bad name!! I want a pup too

How wonderful to hear something good about this wonderful breed. I hope her and her puppies go into the most amazing homes, they deserve nothing but the best.
