Had a crap day yesterday

Won a car on ebay,a vauxhall corsa.It was an old style one,but the write up the guy had put was good,new brakes exhaust etc.The photos looked fine,so we went and viewed it.Got there and oh my god it was a shed on wheels.It had no paint or laquer left on the bonnet,4 bald tyres,rust everywhere.I said im not having that,its no way truthfull of the description or the photos you put.He looked shocked that i said it! I dont see the point in not being truthfull about these things.It was obviously not going to be brought if he cant be honest about the damage.It wasnt worth 100 quid in its condition,and he wanted me to pay 350 for it it really made me mad,as i thought i was going to have a car again.

Aww Lisa!! That one just obviously wasn't for you. Don't see the point in lying either it just wastes peoples time!

It was a definate waste of time and money,had to get the bus from one side of town to the other wich wasted my time,and it cost me money to do a hpi check on it,so i threw money away on that as well

some people will try and pull the wool over eyes to try and sell complete rubbish what couler and year was it for 350 as you still want a desent car for that money

it was blue and an N reg.It was old fair enough,but it is no excuse to try and sell me crap.My mondeo was in better condition than that,and it had a broken auxillary drive belt!

two and a half years ago i bought the wife a little L reg micra for 300 quid it went through 2 mot no probs only got rid 3 months ago for 50 quid with 1month tax and 5 months mot .
just becouse its cheap dont mean it got to be rubbish

Better luck next time, they're not all liars! He won't get rid of the car by lying about it's condition, though, it's bound to be spotted as soon as you go to view it!

Ah that sucks Lisa. The cheek of some people!! He'll never get id of it if he keeps lying about it and serve him right too. Good luck finding a new one
