millys surgery scar

Milly just wont stop pushing her belly on to my leg today she is trying anything for me to rub her belly,She is always Wanting affection but today she has been much worse she is even trying to get the kids to rub her tummy for her,Do you think it could be down to the scar healing as we all know they do itch when they are healing.Or is they some cream i could get for it to stop the itch it must be driving her mad my poor baby

As it's such a new wound, I'd ask the vet if he can give you something. When Dempsey had that damaged ear the vet prescribed a honey ointment which not only helped healing but soothed - maybe that would help her?

Oo theyre nasty i actually phoned my vet yelling that he had messed up my dog but he told me to calm down and that the scar wouldnt actually stay that way and would totally disappear lol

Try rubbing some aloe vera on it or something with cucumber/mild ingrediants
