Wow 3stone is a great loss.I havent got much to go till i get my 2stone award then ill be half way through my loss.Want to loose about 4 stone,maby a bit more

its all back on now but took about 3 years to gain it back! i found vodka and slimline tonic boosted weight loss!!!

Great stuff.....keep up the good work, and when you reach your goal stick to the healthy lifestyle..............it is soooooooo easy to slip back into old ways again ( Trust me, I know )
