well here is proof to anyone that just because your husband works as an engineers manager for a company doesnt mean you will get preferential treatment. my washer AND drier are nackered so i rang british gas who i have the white goods cover with and booked for an engineer to come fix them. ok no problem madam thats all booked in for you for monday 17th on a morning apointment which will be any where between 8 and 1. a bloody week with a leaking washer (leftover doggy trainer pads came in handy) and a dryer that has no heat and has bearings that are so warn down it sounds like a sherman tank are they having a laugh

british gas are nightmare

my husband is a manager for the gas engineers so i see both sides but how come the white goods are so busy has everyones driers suddenly broken after standing idol for the summer. its not a boiler with parts that seize up

we dont have driers but had a number of problems with british gas

have a house like a chinese laundry with washing all over cos my mams on holiday so cant get in her house and i refuse to pay for the laundrette just to have my stuff tumble round with other peoples lint eeeeewwwww
