Summer's 1st trip to the vet

Well today Summer is 8 weeks so we took her to the vet for her jabs, the vet I use is Pet Vaccination Clinic and sadly they don't do appointments, so we had a bit of a wait, the upside was the amount of pets in there for Summer to see and experience, she whined a bit, then decided she was going to full on virtually scream as she didn't like the fact that a spaniel was being louder than her, gave everyone a good giggle. She had a good check over, heart, legs, eyes, chunky butt, and everything is fine, they said she is a little small for her age, but her fat belly is ok lol, she weighs 2.6kg and they are happy with that. Spoke to them about her aggression issues when touching her under her chin, neck and scruff and she said it possibly could be the result of the person I got her from still holding her by the scruff and because she is a chunk this can be a bit painful, told her I am trying to teach her that being petted in these areas can be a nice thing and will not result in any pain and she said I am going down the right road, just have to persevier(sp?). She decided that the vets table was a good a place as any to have a massive wee, but she didnt even whimper when she gave her the jab right in the place where I said she had issues! Made me look such a liar!
She is now sleeping after her tiring day, god love her.
