Hello everyone I'm nathan this my first post and ive just become the proud father of a 6 week old staffy named titch... me and my partner escued him 2 days ago from a bad place and he is an absolute joy I'm so happy to have him in my family he loves playing with my two boys and it's good to see that so many people understand this breed of dog they are truly amazing I'll post pictures soon ...

Hi and welcome from me and mine! Well done on rescuing the little man. He looks a bit bemused at the moment but I bet he'll come right quickly.

He's going to be a wonderful looking dog, but I would say that because I have the full grown version. My Chaos is exactly the same colouring!

Hi and welcome to the forum from Tess and myself.Well done with the rescue of the little man.Through no fault of yours or his he is away from his mum a couple of weeks too soon,so will need a bit of extra TLC.A good start would be to mix his cereal meals and drinks with goats milk,and start him on a good quality meat meal.Keep him warm and give him some extra attention as he will be missing his siblings for a while.

Thank you his diet was going to be my next question spot on.. hes eating a good quality meat but not his cerial i drink goats milk so ill mix the two together soften it up did try water but he wasnt interested thank you graham for the advise

Echo what Kit says above. You might want to consider puppy classes when he's had his jabs etc. It's a great way to socialise him too specially as he left the litter a little early, they learn so much in these early weeks.

It's also surprising how much you as an owner can learn too, with the guidance of a good teacher at puppy training he'll grow into a nice social fella

I tell you what, you'll have so much fun as well, there have been so many forum members over the years that have taken their pup along expecting disaster only to find they have the cleverest dog there
