Marley in the bath
so I bathed Marley tonight he's always been a nightmare, trying to jump out whining etc but since he's been going in the river on walks he's a changed pup he couldn't wait to get in and when he was in the bath instead of his usual jumping out he actually just sat down on his bum and enjoyed it really hope he gets better with water and becomes a water baby when he got out because of how much we praised him I don't think I've ever seen him so happy and proud fair to say he was high on life haha

Re: Marley in the bath
aww emma they do make me laugh mia loved a good old zoomie after a bath only after i dried her with the towel of course :lol:she tolerates a bath but detests the rain her face is priceless when it pours down she drags me to the nearest shelter . she knew i was talking about her as shes just turned and given me this cute innocent face and kisses into the bargain .

brilliant...im expecting some fun and games when i first give my pooch a bath...in fact, i was thinking about taking him to the bath over a period of days with little treats etc, then introducing some tepid water from a jug!

Its so much easier if they like the bath, Katy always does zoomies after I've dried her off Mind you she is getting rather heavy to lift in now

Re: Marley in the bath
Yes the zoomies weren't far behind yes crystal Marleys the same likes the bath hates the rain he refuses to go out in it :/ Marley always came in the bath when I was in it looking over to see what I'm doing actually I think the turning point was me blowing bubbles at him and him trying to catch them since then he hasn't been scared he just made us laugh with how proud he was haha

Re: Marley in the bath
Mia knew she was getting a bath as i used an old collar for specifically that purpose she hates water on her head and would get mental so instead id soak a cloth she didnt mind that. Jen i cant believe u actually try and lift katy in the bath my goodness your back must be sore.

Re: Marley in the bath
That's brilliant news Emma
My Flo will tolerate a bath but you should hear the commotion she makes going in to the bathroom, you'd think we were going to drown her
