Is that normal my puppy's fir is much lighter than he was, he is 4 months now.I had him since he is 9 weeks, in that time he is dark brown, but now he have a lot of yellow.

I never really paid that close of attention. I would say some difference is normal but you could always call a vet just for the peace of mind

do you mean he has brindle colouring coming through,a dark brown dogs coat can change to a brindle colour especially in the summer months when the sun is on their coat Smile

My pup was a lot darken when I first had him at 8 weeks he's almost 5 months now and he's much lighter he's brindle and white, the brindle colour has almost gone a goldy rusty colour so think it's normal Smile could always check with the vet tho if your worried Smile

Buddy is 5 months and when I got him he was black all over now he has spots of brindle on his back and his ears.. looks like he has freckles !

Bane lightened up a lot since we first got him! He was brown and white with maybe one or two lines of brindle, now it's all over!

And to the opposite effect, my mums Staff was white when she first got him and now he's almost like a dalmatian on one side! I think a bit of colour change is quite normal Smile

My boy Roux has lightened up a lot since we got him. He's a lot more brindle now.
